Aromas of dead leaves
Come to me on sunkissed
Currents of wind. My eyes
Are dazzled by colors
Of red, orange and yellow
That carpet the earth.
Leaves fall to the ground
Decaying, becoming dirt.
One day
My body will lie
Beneath this carpet
Of fading beauty.

We had to write Chinese poetry in my World Lit class. I got a 99% on my two poems and my prof read this one in class as one of the best ones represting the Chinese style. So I thought I would submit my first poem here. Enjoy! :)

I think this your best one you have posted, this might be a strange view but I find it very symbolic :)

Keep it up :)
